Terms of Use

Raketa provides tools for players and badminton communities to discover venues, join or manage queueing sessions, record matches and scores, view player profiles and activity, and participate in club features such as rankings and leaderboards. Where available, venue owners can list courts, manage reservations, run sessions or events, and use venue tools. Raketa also offers shop orders and racket stringing requests.

Features may change, be unavailable in some locations, or be offered on different plans. A feature description is not a promise that it will always be available or meet a particular need.

Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from a security issue outside your control.

Venue owner accounts are for people who are at least 18 and authorized to represent the venue. Players under 18 should use Raketa with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should help minors decide what information to share and which activities to join.

Venue owners must have the right to manage the venue and courts they list. Keep venue details, prices, availability, schedules, policies, and contact information accurate. We may review or request information about a listing, limit its visibility, or remove it when needed to protect users or the platform.

Venue owners are responsible for their facilities, staff, permits, safety, and the rules they set. They must honor confirmed reservations or promptly communicate changes to affected players. Owners are also responsible for granting appropriate access to managers, Queue Masters, and other people who use their venue tools.

Raketa provides tools to find courts and request or manage reservations. The venue controls its availability, prices, house rules, and cancellation terms. Review those details before booking. A reservation may remain pending until the venue confirms it and any required payment is verified.

The reservation is between you and the venue. Raketa is not the venue and does not control the facility, court condition, or venue staff. Payment options and confirmation steps vary by venue and are shown during booking. Payment providers may apply their own terms. Refunds, cancellations, and changes follow the terms shown for the reservation and applicable law.

Queue Masters and event organizers manage the sessions or activities they create. They may set participation rules, fees, court assignments, and schedules. You are responsible for following those rules, providing accurate match information, and treating other participants respectfully.

Profiles, queue activity, scores, match records, ratings, rankings, club activity, and leaderboard entries may be visible to other users or the public, depending on the feature and your settings. Scores and rankings are based on information recorded by users and are not guarantees of skill, performance, or conduct. Raketa does not supervise games or guarantee that a session will take place as listed.

A shop checkout submits an order request. It is not a confirmed sale, and no payment is collected when you submit the request. Raketa will confirm product availability, delivery options, any stringing service, and the final amount before payment. Prices, discounts, delivery charges, and service fees may change until the order is confirmed. Any coupon or voucher is subject to its displayed eligibility and conditions.

Check the order confirmation and tracking information for the current status and instructions. Do not send payment until Raketa confirms the order and provides payment instructions. If an item or service is unavailable, we will contact you about the request.

Venue features and limits depend on the plan selected. Current plan details and prices are shown on the pricing or plan screen. We will present applicable charges and billing terms before collecting payment for a paid plan. Plan availability, features, and prices may change, subject to notice or other requirements under applicable law.

You keep the rights you hold in content you submit, such as profile details, venue information, photos, reviews, session details, and match records. You give Raketa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as reasonably needed to provide, operate, and secure the services, including making it visible through the features you choose to use. This license ends when the content is deleted from our services, except for copies retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing material, or personal information about someone else without authority to do so.

You agree not to:

• Use Raketa for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Post false venue, price, availability, review, score, or account information.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or expose another user’s private information.
• Access accounts, data, or systems without permission, or interfere with platform security or operation.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from Raketa without our written permission.
• Use Raketa to send spam or to distribute malicious code or unwanted promotions.

Raketa and its software, branding, design, and materials are owned by Raketa Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of them. You may use Raketa only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

Raketa may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, communications, payments, app distribution, or other functions, and may link to external sites. Those providers and sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Raketa is not responsible for services that it does not control.

You may stop using Raketa at any time. To request account deletion, contact us using the details below. We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates a security or safety risk, or is used for fraud. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect users, the platform, or our legal rights.

Raketa is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. Raketa does not inspect or supervise venues, equipment, sessions, or play. Check conditions for yourself, follow venue instructions, and use appropriate care when participating in physical activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raketa Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Raketa. To the same extent, our total liability for a claim related to Raketa will not exceed the amount you paid Raketa for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using Raketa, you acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms as Raketa or our practices change. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice or request your agreement when required by law. Your use of Raketa after revised Terms take effect is subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Philippines, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
